今回は現行執筆に集中するのが主目的で３泊させてもらいました。全体的に清潔で、スペースに余裕があり、アンティークの落ち着いた雰囲気で快適に過ごせました。何よりオーナーが大変親切で、我が家のような感覚でした。次の機会でも是非利用させていただきたいです。

The owner is very kind and helpful. He picked us up and drove us to the station when we arrived and left. The ski shuttle is a half‑block away. Arrive a bit early, especially if there’s fresh snow! The beds looked old and I worried they’d be uncomfortable, but I slept well and my back felt great in the morning. There’s a good variety of nearby restaurants. The downstairs shower and onsen are clean, and the common area is comfortable. The only downside is the distance from a convenience store.

Despite being inside Echo Land, the stay is very affordable. The tray and shower aren’t in the room, and there’s no toothbrush in the amenities.

The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the house felt warm and cosy with a fridge, freezer, microwave, and toaster.

The house has ample shared spaces with all the essentials neatly arranged, making it both comfortable and welcoming. Its spot is spot on—just a short drive to Hakuba Train and Bus Stations, and bus stops, restaurants, and convenience stores are all within arm’s reach. What really set this place apart was the homeowner’s exceptionally kind, warm, and generous hospitality. He speaks very little English but uses a Translate Device to get by, so just ask if you need anything. We were given a lift to the train station, and I’m pretty sure he’ll pick you up if you let him know when you arrive. We loved everything about this signature local home, though if you’re after a luxury resort, it might not be the right fit—if you want to blend in with the locals and see how they live, this home is perfect.
