The spot is spot on, but the shower didn’t stay level on the height rail, which made it a bit uncomfortable for us tall folks.

The location is fantastic, right next to the central station and at the entrance of the historic center, and the staff are super friendly and warm. They offer a wide range of drinks—tea, coffee, whatever you want to try—and the facilities are comfortable. Highly recommended!

Everything was amazing—clean room, modern furnishings, all the necessary services, a strategic spot for exploring the city, a quiet and discreet environment just steps from everything. Alessandra was the kindest, most pleasant host I’ve ever met, and my daughter and I hope to return soon. There are no flaws at all.
