A very good, inexpensive option in central Tokyo’s party scene, easy to reach with the subway and shops nearby. We had a large apartment for five people and liked everything, even used the washing machine. I recommend it. The staff were friendly and responsive.

Everything was close and the location was excellent. The place was dirty and not cleaned; there was an alcohol bottle under the bed, the sheets were unclean with stains, the items were old, and the bed was uncomfortable.

They were so kind. Five minutes from Shinjuku Sanchomae station, ten minutes to the Godzilla head and the Cat.

I liked that there was a smoking room, and the fact that the front desk was staffed 24 hours gave me peace of mind. Because I was sleeping during the day I put a “do not disturb” sign on the door, but then there were no towels or fresh pajamas left for me.
