Renata’s attention made our stay comfortable; the house sits just down the road from the station, five minutes from the ferry terminal, and near many eateries. The room had everything we needed—a kettle, fridge, table, wardrobe, and more. It was spotless, and the shower’s water pressure was superb. We didn’t want to leave.

The spot by the ferry was perfect, and Renata was incredibly sweet, preparing a nice breakfast and giving great restaurant tips. The bed was large and comfortable. Getting into the gate was a bit tricky; clearer instructions would help.

Renata was amazing! She served a fantastic breakfast of fruits, croissants, toast, cereals, and more, and our rooms were clean and comfortable. The location was ideal—right next to the train station, steps from the ferry, and close to all shops and restaurants in Varenna.

I loved this B&B. The location was excellent, the place very clean, and the bed so cozy that I slept great. The attention to detail stood out—air conditioning, plenty of adapters, plugs, a fridge, a kettle for coffee, and abundant bathroom amenities. Everything you could need was there. It was super quiet yet close to Lake Como. The lady of the house was kind and happy, and the breakfast was excellent. I adored the cute pictures and the lace on the sheets—just loved it.

1st room to the left. Mini fridge filled with bottled water, 2 cans soft drink and 2 lemon drinks. Fruit bowl with bannas and oranges and 2 trail mix packs. Breakfast had ham slices, 3 cereals, croissants, bread toast variety of biscuits and immediately served a bowl of cut fruit including bannas, melon, blueberries, red berries and raspberries. Coffee made to order from capsules. Downhill from railway station and close to ferry wharfs. They were very friendly and helpful when we 1st arrived (10.30am) about looking after backpack, location for breakfast and at the end of the day about dinner. The breakie suggestion was good but the dinner place was fantastic, good quality food and so much I could not consider a dolce. Room bigger then New York but smaller then Sydney. It is a small complaint about the size of the shower. A little bit small alternatvely I should eat less sweets!
