The food at the hotel restaurant was quite good, but there was no air conditioner even though it was clearly advertised on the website. They didn’t provide soap (we had to buy our own) and there were very few towels. We were placed in a separate building with loud neighbors, non‑working outlets and no WiFi, only because we booked, so we were treated as lower priority. The staff barely spoke English, making communication difficult. The location is poor, with nothing nearby and a supermarket 15 minutes away on foot. The price is high for the region, so the value for money was very bad.
