Price‑quality was very good, simple, small, but clean. The dog was welcome. The location, 1 km from the center, was pleasant and very quiet because it isn’t right on the street, and private parking is a big plus. Nothing really disappointed me; I would definitely come back for a night.

Free parking and a relatively short walk to the town center—ten minutes to get in. When I arrived there was no towel in the room, so I asked at reception. The young brown‑haired staff member just stared at me and said it would take thirty minutes before I could have a towel. No apology, no manners, just complete indifference. He was rude, and after riding a motorbike for 7 hours I didn’t think it was unreasonable to expect to be able to shower, which I obviously couldn’t do. Not great! I finally got a towel later that night when we returned from dinner, and the second staff member couldn’t have been nicer.

The location was truly central, parking at the hotel was convenient, and the breakfast cost 9,90. We only received one towel; I had to use another from my bag. The toilet had three hairs, and I got a Post‑it with the room number. Another folded Post‑it lay beside the bed, but it wasn’t ours, so the room wasn’t clean. At reception we asked for a nice restaurant; it was already 8 pm and the receptionist didn’t know of any open places. French food doesn’t stay open late, and most kitchens close, so we had to turn right when exiting the gate. We found a great restaurant on the corner across the street with delicious food; the staff could have told us about it. The photos look better than the reality.

The view was great, and the fantastic restaurant across the road (Les Cousins – 32 Rue Raymond Poincaire) was nearby, close to the plaza. The toilet was tiny, the room small, and there wasn’t much variety at breakfast.
