The location was convenient with public transport. The room had old, damaged furniture, breakfast at a bar was decidedly insufficient, and I had to pay for a hot tea instead of a cappuccino.

The place was super comfy, spotless and hushed. Breakfast came included—cornetto and cappuccino, the usual Italian spread. The housekeeping team cleaned the room daily. It sits just 2 minutes from Metro B, which drops you at the Colosseo, and only 2 minutes from buses 62 and 61 that head to Piazza di Spagna, Piazza del Popolo, and more. We absolutely enjoyed staying at Casa Rosy and highly recommend it. Thanks a ton, Benedetta, you rock 😀🙏🏻🙏🏻

Nulla. Appartamento vecchissimo senza luce sul pianerottolo che rendeva impossibile trovare la serratura. Staff falso cortese .sono presenti solo per prendere soldi.contattarli e impossibile .ho avuto necessita di spostare la data del pernotto aggiungendo una notte e hanno fatto scadere le 48h per rispondere cosicche' ho dovuto chiamare booking .alla fine hanno aggiunto 50 euro di penale per spostare le date.uno schifo .che un hotel non avrebbe fatto.qualita/prezzo non conviene ci sono hotel con servizi veri allo stesso prezzo .lo staff si fa vivo solo se deve prendere soldi .ho lasciato la stanza 1 notte prima e per un ritardo di 30 minuti nella consegna delle chiavi hanno quasi chiamato anche il papa .! Li si facevano vivi .verfognoso modo di fare non certo tipico dei romani. il disimpegno e la cucina non sono tenuti bene .non lo consiglio andate altrove
