The surroundings were absolutely amazing, and we enjoyed awesome sunsets and sunrises from our balcony; the animals roaming around the gardens were delightful. Our room was spacious, bright, airy, and felt like a home away from home. We can’t think of anything we didn’t like; it was a perfect weekend of bowls with good rest and relaxation at the lodge.

Breakfast was good and met my dietary request, but the hot water in the en‑suite needs attention.

The unit we slept in was very neat and clean, had everything we needed, and the beds were comfy; the staff were helpful and friendly. It was ideally situated for our purposes and we felt safe, and the property offered ample outdoor space for teenagers to enjoy. A few extra plug points at the beds would be great.

The staff handled my complaint positively, yet the room I was allocated to was dirty, the bed had hair, the bedding was never changed, and the towels were damp and dirty.
