Quiet setting, helpful and attentive staff, a lavish tasty breakfast, free parking right at the hotel and a bike storage area, well‑equipped rooms with a small kitchen and balcony, a very tidy monitored beach, good value, and decent Wi‑Fi, but no shower cabin—just a tub with a curtain, an air‑conditioner would help in high temperatures, the beach is about 1 km away with shallow water, and it’s not very lively compared to seaside resorts.

The staff are very friendly, the room is equipped with everything essential and has plenty of space, the breakfast is very good, and the location is close to Wismar and the coast, 2 km away; everything was fine.

The kitchen is more than adequately stocked, the owner and his family are very friendly, he has great ideas like a “lost‑and‑found” shop, he is reachable and present when needed, and the TV is technically modern; the only drawback is the TV’s position, which can only be seen from the table, so you must either leave the balcony door open or watch TV, but not both at the same time.

The staff are very pleasant and helpful, the rooms are nice with a small kitchenette, the bathroom and balcony are quite large, and I especially liked the little shop; the street noise was a bit annoying if your room faces the back, and the description “on the beach” on the booking site was inaccurate; offering larger breakfast plates might be a good idea.
