“Great stay on a great location with view on a beautiful street/square.”

The location was great—old center, near the river, just outside the crowds but still very close. The room size was good. A very friendly man handled the reception/check‑in. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and the bathroom was appropriately sized. It was nice that there was Nespresso coffee and water as a welcome. The elevator was an issue; once someone didn’t close the inner doors and I had to take the stairs. That’s not the hotel’s fault.

“Pas totalement convaincue.”

The spot is great because I usually stay at Palazzo Alfieri, which was fully booked that time. The sliding bathroom door wouldn’t shut, but I was alone so it didn’t bother me. There’s no breakfast option, just a coffee machine in the room and some snacks. The front desk isn’t staffed all the time, so I had to wait until a friendly young man came over to open the door and walk me through how everything works. The doorbell rings a lot but no one is there, so a keypad would be better. It’s a bit pricey for having no service at all.

“When trust is broken it’s hard to feel comfortable.”

The location was amazing, with landmark‑view rooms offering beautiful vistas, and the property was secure with multiple entrance codes and keys. However, staff entered our room while our “do not disturb” sign was up, made our bed, and took some of our belongings. It was extremely uncomfortable to leave our room unattended after that, so we carried most of our belongings with us for the rest of the trip.

“Una buena ubicación, limpio y bonito.”

The room was pretty, nicely decorated, quiet, and in a great location. The staff who greeted us were very friendly, and Sebastian, a Colombian guy, was very attentive. Nothing to complain about. I’d come back.
