The hotel is very nice and immaculately clean. The staff is excellent, friendly, and accommodating. The location is perfect for getting to the airport and transportation to the airport is included, which is great!. The bed was uncomfortable and I could hear the other guests talking while trying to sleep

Nothing. Pictures didn't match the location. The pictures were for their other location up the road that had a restaurant and garden patio. The noise level was very high. Couldn't sleep because the walls were thin and the echo

The location is very close to the airport, less than five minutes by car. The security is solid and the staff are very attentive to our needs. Transport coordination from the hotel was smooth, and breakfast offered a variety of options. Everything else was fine.

The location is still reachable even during rush hour. We had a major mix‑up with our room: it had been handed over to someone else, and when the receipt was issued my name didn’t match the room number. The staff tried to move the other guest out quickly and handed us the room, but the bed was messy, there was a lingering food smell from a recent lunch, and the bathroom was dirty from recent use. We asked for a clean‑up and left to give them time, but when we returned after three hours the room was flooded because guests had opened a window and it started to rain. Eventually a front‑desk staff member was kind enough to give us a new room, though the manager had initially insisted on calling the supervisor before deciding. I’d already had a bad experience with a parking gate that slammed my car, so I thought they might be better, but they proved otherwise and that cheapness can end up costing more.
