I was told my booking was already confirmed, but when I arrived the hotel charged me for the night again, and their communication was awful—they don’t answer, and if they do they hang up and give no solution.

I appreciated the friendly staff and the convenient location, but my room was dirty, the shower had hair on the walls and floor, and the fridge contained old food that smelled awful.

The beds were cozy, the outdoor area was pleasant, and the room was spotless and very comfortable; the name on the TV was a nice touch and the workout facility was excellent. On the downside, there was no breakfast, the lobby coffee at check‑in was cold and the lid didn’t fit, and I wondered if there was a guest happy hour at the lounge.
