A great hotel in a very convenient location, close to public transportation. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and special thanks to Mr. Valid and Ms. Nurten for their kindness and great service. We really enjoyed our stay!

The only thing that stood out about the hotel was its location. I booked a single and a double for roughly 10 days. The double was cramped, making it hard to fit our luggage. The bathroom door couldn't lock (it swings), and the sink offered no space for personal items. The room door was difficult to open; I asked twice for it to be fixed, and they said it was, but it still wasn’t. The elevator is the smallest I’ve seen, barely enough for one person and a bag. The staff were very friendly, especially in the restaurant, but I won’t stay here again.
