Excellent spot, superb view… tall ceilings, big windows with shutters, a small balcony.

The location, right by one of the canals, in the city center. The view and the house itself. The toilet was almost impossible to sit on, no knee clearance, the wall was so close.

Almost everything. The toilet lid is a bit broken and can be easily replaced. There were a few ants.
