A very cozy family! Everything was enjoyable. We stayed here for about a week. The area is simple, quiet, and traditional. Necessary shops are nearby, and the sea is 1.3 km from the house. We lived on the second floor. Everything matched the photos in the listing and description. If you encounter trouble with appliances or technology, or need walking routes, just ask the host – she helped and guided on all questions, recommended good shopping spots. The hosts are sociable and kind. I recommend it.

The host is kind. There is a kitchen (but the fridge might not work :)). You live in the front yard of the host’s house. One window faces the host’s window and a toilet window, so every fart and flush is audible; the second window opens directly onto the front yard where everyone passes by. The bed is just two mattresses, an enormous uncomfortable pillow. I’m 185 cm, my girlfriend 178 cm, our legs dangled off the bed. Overall, all the fittings need replacement, as if a few extra dollars could add decent curtains (they’re ragged now), new pillows and bedding, a light fixture. I don’t know what the locals in Batumi think of this place as a resort, but the red price for similar accommodation elsewhere is 5‑10 $ per night. If it weren’t necessary to come here, I would never have gone.

For this price it’s more than okay. The refrigerator didn’t work.
