A lovingly renovated old manor house from the hosts, with an incredibly friendly couple. The breakfast offered many homemade local specialties. Even though the highway runs right through the property, the large park of the manor remains quiet and cool. Perfect!

The hosts were very pleasant, the building is pretty, and the room’s bathroom is spacious enough to fit an extra shower. The location is a bit out of town, but it’s convenient for exploring the Dday beaches. Breakfast was varied and beautifully presented. Everything else was fine.

The setting is gorgeous, the owners are fantastic, the rooms are roomy, comfortable, and well decorated, and the breakfast is excellent. The only small gripe is that a tiny fridge would have helped with dinner for little kids, but that’s a minor detail.

The accommodation sits in a lovely old country house. It’s a bit off the city, surrounded by woods, a meadow, and a stream in front of the house, which is wonderful. Jean and his wife supplied us with tips and were very friendly. The breakfast, full of homemade treats, was delicious. The bus gets you to Caen in 20 minutes.
