The location is so close to my job, price is reasonable even tho they did go up $16. Staff is always on point and the hotel is always clean. Nothing.

I booked a king with a sofa pull‑out and paid in full at booking, but at check‑in I was told there was a mix‑up and I ended up with two queen beds for the price of a king. The place is old and not up to date! Handrails to the stairs up are loose and unstable. My reservation was changed and I had to pay the same cost.

I was disappointed to find that the hotel had lied about allowing smoking in the rooms, which wasn't suitable for us since we don't smoke. The hotel's dishonesty made our stay unpleasant.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, with the cleanliness being a standout feature - the rooms were spotless and well-maintained throughout my visit. However, I have to admit that I didn't really have any complaints, as everything met my expectations and I was pleased overall. The hotel's ability to consistently deliver on all aspects made for a seamless and enjoyable experience.

My recent stay at this hotel was a mixed bag, but the highlight of my trip was undoubtedly the incredibly comfortable bed. It was so plush and inviting that I found myself looking forward to bedtime every night. Unfortunately, the rest of my experience was somewhat lacking, and I couldn't help but feel that the hotel fell short in other areas. Overall, the bed was a saving grace, but the hotel's shortcomings left me feeling a bit underwhelmed.
