“Deluxe double room”

The family of five found the stay decent enough, with the kids enjoying the pool and the cleaning service being solid; the photos we saw online matched what we received. However, we were disappointed by the lack of overnight security or staff, and the posted policy in the room was not enforced. During the last two nights, teenagers and young adults threw loud parties, with music, drinking and smoking, letting 10–15 people sneak in until 4 am, and no action was taken.

“Not bad but not good”

The location is central, but the place feels outdated and the family room had an unpleasant odor, probably from the mats.

The staff were warm and very polite, and the property was quiet, tidy, and cleaner than expected. The chandelier, while intended to add style, felt a bit unsettling.

The rooms were spacious, the garden beautiful, and the staff friendly, with no complaints.

The rooms were perfect, clean and spacious. The shower broke, could not close the water but it was attended to by the housekeeper
