Breakfast was excellent; the whole family loved it, especially the bread, coffee, and fruit. Since we arrived in the low season, many nearby restaurants were closed, so having breakfast at the hotel was the best option. The beach is very close and beautiful; next time I’d stay an extra day to enjoy it more.

The location is perfect for Venice trips. A 20‑minute drive takes you to Punta Sabbione, then a boat to the Lido, the Biennale, or St. Mark’s Square. The breakfast is good, and the pool is nice. The hotel is aging, but it was clean and the bed comfortable. There was no outlet or bedside lamp.

The room is very large and modern, all in white. The bathroom features a separate shower with a folding door, which isn’t always standard in Italy. The staff are extremely courteous, the breakfast is extensive and good, and the beach is just minutes away. We stayed in a corner room (room 104) facing a busy street, so there was some traffic noise in the evenings and mornings. At night the traffic was manageable. Other rooms might be quieter.

The staff were polite and very helpful . Hotel was spotless and maids worked hard making beds etc . It was in a great position for transport services , bars , restaurants and beach . We would have liked a kettle . Got bit most nights with the bugs , so couldn't sleep . Because Lido closes down after the season although there were still places open 1st week in October we were panicking about transport early morning get to the airport , taxis were very expensive
