Beautiful and very well-maintained resort with excellent facilities, several pools, a lovely beach and a huge choice of food throughout the day. The all-inclusive concept is extremely generous, with several restaurants and plenty of variety. Everything was very clean and the staff were consistently friendly, helpful and attentive. Special thanks to the Guest Relations team for taking good care of us. Excellent value for money. The only significant downside for us was the loud music in the evenings. There is practically no sound insulation in the rooms and the evening entertainment and heavy bass from the outside Club could be clearly heard inside even with the doors and windows closed. The music generally lasted from around 20:30 until 22:30. The staff kindly offered us another room, but unfortunately it was even louder there. Improving the sound insulation or reducing the evening volume would make a major difference

“séjour luxueux et inoubliable”

Un hôtel extraordinaire ! Tout était parfait, du début à la fin. Le personnel est accueillant, le service et la réception sont irréprochables. Les chambres sont magnifiques, très propres et parfaitement entretenues. Chaque demande est prise en charge rapidement. L’hôtel dispose de plusieurs piscines et offre une superbe vue sur la plage. Un immense merci tout particulièrement à Monsieur Hussien Sabry pour son accueil chaleureux, sa gentillesse et sa grande réactivité. Il a contribué à rendre notre séjour encore plus agréable. Je recommande vivement cet établissement pour un séjour luxueux et inoubliable !. Rien
