The spot is awesome in Uluwatu, the garden and pool are great, and the rooms are a good size, but there’s no fridge, no bottled water, and the hot water often fails.

“GREAT”

The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, even booking a cinema ticket for me, and the villa was the cleanest we’ve seen across Canggu, Ubud, and the Gili Islands—no bugs at all! The only downside was that the hot water wasn’t enough for my boyfriend and me to shower one after the other.

Nothing good to say. The accommodation was dirty when we arrived: the floor and bathroom were filthy, the shower head was green‑tinted, and there were several dark/black spots on the sheets and mattress. I’ve attached photos. Because of the condition we left the same day and were denied any refund, even partially, citing the cancellation policy that allows free cancellation only up to 30 days before arrival. That’s especially disappointing because you can’t know the cleanliness until you get there. We didn’t use the place again and would have appreciated at least a partial refund or some goodwill. No kindness was offered, so we can’t recommend this place.

Everything was great: the location is close to Dreamland beach, the best beach club (just a walk away), a minimarket, gyms, laundry, etc. The staff were very gentle and available, and the villa was large and very comfortable. Nothing to complain about.
