“Simple and nice short vacation break”

The room was very spacious for the price and location. The last time I stayed near Pratunam the room was very small, so check the room size measurement before booking. The air‑conditioner was very cold and cozy, I liked it a lot. The staff were friendly. Because of nearby construction, it’s a bit tricky for Grab cars to access, but the hotel is still accessible enough to everything by walking. A 7‑Eleven is just 2 steps away, and there are foods and massages everywhere.

The location is close to where I do my business, and it has two exit and entry points. No toiletries were provided. All the hotels I booked for my last trip to Thailand had toiletries. The buffet breakfast needs improvement so that all your customers will eat in your hotel; they don’t have to go outside just to eat breakfast.

The staff were friendly and provided excellent service, the bed was comfortable, and the location was superb. I was very impressed with this stay; the room was spacious and offered great value for the price. I highly recommend it!

“"Upgrade" looks like DownGrade”

The bedding was comfortable, the price was reasonable, and the location was convenient. However, we booked for Boutique Alpine 8.5/10 but ended up with a room in Grande Alpine 6.3/10, and Grande Alpine is really not clear.
