The room was gorgeous with a large, nice bathroom and good wardrobes. The location was great, and we could park our car safely and conveniently. It was very pleasant to stay in the centre. We didn’t have breakfast included, so I can’t judge that. There were plenty of places nearby to have breakfast. Nothing to complain about. The only thing that bothered me was that you couldn’t make a cup of coffee or tea.

The property was exceptional with incredibly friendly staff. The host genuinely goes above and beyond to make your stay special. The architecture of both the building and the rooms is stunning, making the whole experience unforgettable.

We stayed at Dimora Clementina in Putignano and were consistently impressed. The woman who runs it is warm, if particular, greeting us personally and walking us through every detail of our room, and she stayed responsive on WhatsApp whenever we needed anything. Housekeeping came each morning while we were at breakfast and did an exceptional job every time, always kind in passing. The rooms and the villa itself are incredible, impeccably designed with a modern‑yet‑warm feel that's hard to pull off but they nailed it in true Italian style. We stayed in the presidential suite and were genuinely shocked at how spacious it was—photos don’t do it justice. The design and decor throughout were a real highlight, the villa also had a beautiful terrace that we weren’t able to enjoy as it was just too hot! Didn’t get to snap any photos but they were exactly like the pictures! The location can’t be beat, it is right next to the historic centre with tons of restaurants and cafés but also central to visiting neighbouring towns or even the seaside. Her recommendations did not miss and were delicious. Must go to Salumeria Bianco for a panini and snacks!! We weren’t totally clear on the breakfast or kitchen set‑up, though admittedly we didn’t ask, so worth checking in on that ahead of your stay. When my husband went into the kitchen in the late afternoon, she delightfully made him a cappuccino. There were two cafés for coffee and breakfast as their neighbours so we absolutely didn’t go hungry!

What makes this place wonderful isn’t just the frescoed ceilings but the attention to detail that shows how much love and enthusiasm the host puts into her work. It was a more than pleasant experience for the comfort and especially for the courtesy and sweetness with which we were welcomed.
