The service was excellent, but the reception area was lacking.

Monserrat provided great service, yet the noise level was high because the hotel is right in front of the dam.

The view of the dam and the location were exceptional, but the rooms were a bit small. The biggest issue was that the water ran out abruptly without warning; we managed to shower but it was a bit sudden.
