“It was terrible”

When we booked Las Cuatro Palmas in Puerto Peñasco, we had high expectations—this was supposed to be a carefully chosen, relaxing stay. But when we arrived, excitement turned into disbelief. Despite our paid reservation, the staff told us there was no room for us—no apology, no real explanation. We were brushed aside as if we were just a number. Instead of fixing their mistake, they sent us to a cheaper hotel—one we never would have chosen. That sinking feeling of being duped stayed with us.
