The location. I was here two years ago and was delighted with the staff. This time, I don’t remember if it was the same or not, but the reception guy in the afternoons was very rude and unpleasant. Very bad manners and even looked at me with a bad face. I found him at the door, greeted him and he didn’t return the greeting. Overall a good hostel, especially for the location, but terrible service. A pity.

I booked a female room and when I arrived the receptionist told me he would move me to another place the next day, but he didn’t. The mattress and pillow were awful, the room door had no lock, and the bathrooms were deteriorated.
