Nothing about the stay was satisfactory. The stress was so intense it ruined our professional trip. We arrived late and exhausted, and the digital front desk couldn’t let us into the room; we had to keep trying the app, and someone eventually opened the door for us while we kept updating facial recognition. The lack of care and professionalism was unbelievable, and it took hours to get into the room. The shower water didn’t heat, towels weren’t replaced (even when requested, an extra fee applied), the bedding smelled used and wasn’t fresh, and on the second day the same front‑desk issue happened again with our belongings still in the room. If this is the same rental company, I’m out of here—look elsewhere. This is the worst lodging management I’ve ever seen, and the non‑refundable rate made all the hassle even worse. Don’t stay here; find a better option. I didn’t give a lower rating because there was no option below 1.

My girlfriend and I had stayed at Charlie before and always recommended it, but this time we were disappointed. Even for a multi‑day stay, the linens only included one bath towel per person, a rug, and no face towel. When we asked the cleaning staff, they said we could request a change after three nights, but the support said the towel swap would cost R$ 32.00 and room cleaning would be R$ 170.00. So even staying several days, the guest must use the same towel unless they pay extra. That’s absurd, plus the lack of clarity in the information that should have been provided before booking. It’s a shame because we had a good impression of Charlie and recommended it to others, but this experience fell far short.

Excellent value and cleanliness. There’s no breakfast, but all the gear to buy food and eat there is available. The balconies are huge, the linens are clean and fragrant, and the shower is wonderful. The only thing I didn’t like was the pre‑arrival ID process with documents and selfies, but I understood it later since that’s what opens the doors. I thought it was very organized even without staff at the front desk all the time.
