The staff was really nice, and everything else was great.

I booked this room for about $260 and paid in advance. When I arrived at the hotel, I was asked for my card and later saw a second charge of about $280 from the hotel. I now have two charges for the same stay. I have screenshots showing both charges. I called the hotel and was told the manager would contact me, and now I have to wait for a resolution. In the meantime, I’m out the amount from the second charge

I loved the fresh fruit with yogurt, the eggs were good, and the scones were good, but I did not like the waffles with the pearl sugar in them – too much hard sugar on the teeth. Coffee was inconsistent from day to day; it’s labeled Bold, but was weak, half the time.
