The views are amazing everywhere, the staff are very helpful and polite, with no negatives to note.

We loved our stay at Joville!!! The staff, the room (3 VIP), the food!!!!. After our wonderful 3 night stay at Joville, we had made plans to check out a different hotel. I spent the next 2 days regretting our decision :( I could see Joville from the rooftop pool area at the new hotel and I wished we had stayed at Joville. Joville is a fantastic spot for anyone wishing to experience SaPa!!!!!!! Thank you Team Joville!!!!!!

The spot is perfect for anyone looking for a peaceful break and a great vibe. The staff were respectful and kind, and the property itself was beautiful and spotless.

We liked the location and even enjoyed watching the monorail train pass right across the building. The toilet, especially the shower, wasn’t working well.
