Nothing. Literally cockroaches were sleeping in my bed. I asked the staff to change rooms; they said it wasn’t possible. I asked for cleaning; no response. The cleaning crew even asked for a tip while leaving. Not a good stay for me.

I did not like the stay. The room wasn’t cleaned, sheets were filthy; we asked to change them because we saw hair and dirt, and the staff were reluctant until we insisted. Even then the new sheets looked used for ages, torn and totally unclean. The floor wasn’t cleaned, there were no towels or soaps, and when we asked again the staff gave us a single towel. Towels, sheets, and towels all need to be replaced entirely to meet hotel standards. There was a phone but no line connected. The staff were not helpful at all. Overall, the experience was awful.

Except for the location, nothing else is too good. Beds, bedsheets, towels, cleanliness.
