The staff were friendly and parking was convenient. However, the carpet on the third‑floor landing was dirty, the restaurant needed a deep clean and investment, the bathroom required maintenance and repairs, and the whole place smelled musty.

The pool, parking, and overall cleanliness were great and easily accessible. The pool itself was fantastic. What I missed were a sauna and steam room, and one of the beds felt a bit uncomfortable.

The restaurant’s food has always been good, the room was a decent size, and the pool was enjoyable. On the downside, the pillows were terrible and gave me a headache at night. The TV and Sky box were old, there were no smart TV or sockets near the bed, and the shower wasn’t great.

pool was nice. Beds were very uncomfortable, room was very noisy, especially the plumbing and noise from other rooms. Breakfast was disappointing like going back to the 1970's
