The location and staff with all related services were good. Breakfast was excellent and plentiful. The room details, especially wear and tear, need improvement.

The central location was great, but it’s not really a four‑star hotel; it wasn’t that clean and the breakfast wasn’t excellent. The breakfast area merged with the check‑in entrance, yet the staff were very kind.

1. מיקום מרכזי מאוד 2. ארוחת בוקר צנועה אבל מספקת 3. אינטרנט אלחוטי היה חזק בגדול זבו, וזה לא מתאים למלון עם 4 כוכבים. זה ממש לא מלון 4 כוכבים, ממש לא!!, אין מצב שבמלון 4 כוכבים: 1. אין אביזרי אמבטיה כמו סבון, שמפו, קונדישיונר 2. בטלויזיה היו אולי 4 ערוצים וגם הם בקושי עבדו, אולי ערוץ אחד תקין. 3. אין שום פח בחדר וגם באמבטיה. אוקי. אז ריכזנו כל הפסולת במקום אחד, אף פם לא לקחו אותו למרות שכן ניקו את החדר 4. חימום באמבטיה לא עבד, פקק אמבטיה שבור. 5. חדרים סופר קטנים (אפשר לחיות עם זה אבל להיות מוכנים) 6. מיטה לא נוחה עם כרית אחד בלבד (מלון 4 כוכבים, לא?) 6. לסיכום: לא יודע מי נתן להם 4 כוכבים, מהניסיון אולי 2 פלוס

The property is perfectly positioned for exploring the city, very close to major attractions reachable on foot, and near the bus stop that links the city to the airport. Cleanliness was excellent, breakfast great, room size generous. Definitely recommend.
