“Absolutely Horrible, Nasty place, General Manager, Jaylin Shah should not be working in the public.”

Breakfast was decent, and the lady who prepared it was the nicest person we met—personable, friendly, and efficient, even covering front‑desk duties while setting up the food. The overall environment was dirty and poorly maintained. The front‑desk clerk who checked us in was unfriendly and had a bad attitude. General Manager Jaylin Shah was rude and hateful while customers were standing behind me. We booked through Booking and the listing claimed the hotel was Pet Friendly; the manager told us we wouldn’t be charged a pet fee, but General Manager Mr. Shah denied that, even though I had written confirmation. We ended up paying a hefty pet fee for a service animal for one night. The money collected for pet fees was processed as a separate transaction from the room charge (why?) and no explanation was provided. The bathroom was filthy—my husband refused to shower—and the bathtub floor was dirty (photo attached). The bed didn’t sleep well, and signs of age and poor upkeep were evident throughout the building.

“Decent”

The location was convenient, but it could have been cleaner. There was mold around the lampshade in my room, and the bathroom wasn’t as clean as it should have been.
