The riad is gorgeous and very original, the breakfast is amazing, and the location is perfect—inside the medina you can walk to many places, so I highly recommend it.

The location is great, close to the center and everything is within walking distance. The riad is very pretty and the breakfast is excellent. The doors and windows are very thin, so in the morning you can hear all the people having breakfast and talking in the central courtyard; if you’re not a morning person, you’ll have a bit of trouble sleeping quietly. The bed is a little uncomfortable.

The staff are exceptionally helpful and friendly. I had trouble withdrawing cash, so on the day of arrival I couldn’t buy water or food myself; the staff fetched water for me and arranged dinner at a nearby restaurant (I paid back the money in cash at the end of my stay). The second evening I ate in the riad itself and the food was superb (vegetarian tajine). The rooms are very nice, clean and comfortable, and the windows open onto a beautiful courtyard. I also had a nice massage in the riad. I had a good airport and train transfer arranged from the riad, with very friendly drivers. The pool is small and located in the courtyard where every room overlooks it, so you can’t swim extensively and privacy is limited; I didn’t mind, the water was refreshing and most of the time no one was in the courtyard.
