The location was good, but getting into the complex was a hassle.

The location, the room, and the cleanliness were fine, but I wasn’t informed that the linen wouldn’t be changed daily. When I asked for a towel and a roll of toilet paper, I was denied.

The place was clean and close to the city centre, but the window overlooking the lightwell was always dark, making it impossible to ventilate properly and it looked awful.
