“Poca igiene”
At first the hotel gave a decent impression, and the reception staff were polite. It’s close to a metro and just outside there’s a bakery. The area isn’t great, it feels a bit like a suburb. Nothing major happened, but you don’t feel safe going out at night. There are other small flaws, like old doors with a gap underneath that opens onto the corridor. The main issue was an incident in recent days: the hotel encourages ecological sensitivity by not washing towels daily, so I had them changed after three days. Later I needed them again, so I left them on the floor as requested in the morning. In the evening, when I returned, I was shocked to find that no clean towels were provided; instead, they had collected the ones on the floor and hung the dirty ones. I had to ask for clean towels at reception, and the guy there gave me a towel (but mistakenly gave me a mat instead of a face towel, which I appreciated). Despite the courteous front‑desk staff, the shocking towel incident raises many questions about overall hygiene.
