I booked through a platform, but when I arrived they couldn't find my reservation; the staff were not friendly, and although I can speak Chinese fluently we managed, it was very frustrating and there was no apology for the inconvenience; even asking for a common invoice in Chinese seemed difficult for them, but the location is nice, many restaurants nearby, very close to the train station, the breakfast was pretty decent, and the price was nice for what you get.

Whenever something went wrong with the accommodation they dealt with it right away, which was great. No complaints.
