The bed is fairly comfortable. The fourth floor is too hot; the fan doesn’t cool well and you can’t keep the windows closed or the mosquitoes will bite you. It should be noted that this is not a bed‑and‑breakfast because there is no breakfast. I’ve stayed at other bed‑and‑breakfasts that couldn’t guarantee breakfast but offered good food at the bar. It should be listed as a room rental.

The spot was convenient for heading into town and to the beach, and the rooms were spotless, but there was no private parking available.

The location, cleanliness, and communication with the host were great, but the apartment was poorly soundproofed, we could hear the neighbors, and with the window open during the night there was a lot of noise.
