I liked the rustic charm of the place. The room and ensuite were spacious and simply decorated. Breakfast was fantastic, and the hostess was very helpful and spoke good English. The only downside was that it’s a bit far from Foligno, so we had to take a bus to get there.

The location is convenient for getting around, and Federica’s friendliness and helpful advice were outstanding. The tranquility you feel only in Umbria is also a plus.

The place is very quiet, the cleaning is meticulous, and breakfast is excellent. Nothing to complain about.

The ancient building is beautiful. The room is large and spacious. The courtyard is big and lovely. We would have liked to hear more about the history of the previous residents over the centuries. The downside is that hot water takes time to arrive and there’s no place to hang towels. Breakfast is very minimalistic.
