“A Promising Location, but Several Disappointments”
I recently stayed at this hotel and was initially impressed with its location. However, my experience took a turn for the worse when I discovered the pool was not heated, despite my prior request to have it fixed. The pool area was also not clean, which was a major letdown. To make matters worse, the hotel's hallways and lobby were freezing, and the staff was even wearing winter jackets. Parking was also a challenge due to the unplowed parking lot.
