The location was good and the staff were warm, but someone entered my room while I was inside, which is unacceptable, and the photos on the booking site were different from the actual room I received.

The location is solid, with public transport and a ferry nearby, and the Bosporus and bridge views at sunset are great. I didn’t notice the economy rooms are on the ground floor until I got there; they only mentioned it upon arrival. I had requested no ground floor when booking, but instead of confirming, they sent a message about availability. The room feels cramped even for a single person: the closet door won’t open fully because the space between the bed and closet is tight; the bathroom is even smaller and lacks a towel hanger. The room is clean, though I’m unsure about the dishes. Wi‑Fi is weak and only works without VPN. I’d rather pay more for a comfortable stay and won’t return.

The staff were helpful and friendly, the location is great and quiet, and it’s very close to restaurants, coffee shops, and the waterfront.
