The place is super comfy and spotless, right near the city center and cheap. The shared kitchen is handy, and everyone respects what’s stored in the fridges. The hotel provides coffee, tea, and water, and I’d definitely recommend it because it feels very welcoming. The downside is the parking is limited to 8 am‑8 pm; since we had to leave at 7 am, we had to leave the car on the street.

Abbiamo trascorso due notti presso la struttura insieme alle nostre due bambine di 5 anni e quasi 2. La posizione è perfetta. A due passi dalla piazza centrale e dai maggiori punti di interesse. In circa 40 minuti si arriva a Chichen Itza (noi avevamo la nostra auto che si può parcheggiare nel cortile interno). Il ragazzo alla reception è stato molto disponibile a darci tutte le informazioni necessarie. Letti comodissimi e camera pulita dopo la prima notte con tanto di ricambio asciugamani, molto apprezzato. Pratica e comoda la cucina comune. Piccola piscina a disposizione degli ospiti. Wi-Fi e aria condizionata funzionanti. E' una struttura molto semplice ma pulita e in ottima posizione

The beds are huge, the rooms are spacious, and there’s a sink outside the bathroom, which is very handy. Some rooms even have a lovely balcony. Of course, the community kitchen and pool are extras worth considering when booking. The water pressure is extremely low, making it hard to wash your hair. It’s also tough to keep insects out of the room, but that’s normal given the natural setting.

The location is very good, and many attractions are within walking distance. The shower had almost no water pressure, and the Wi‑Fi didn’t work at all.
