The room was spacious, clean, and the bathroom matched that standard. The terrace offered a view of the pool, and the reception was warm. The spot was ideal—very quiet yet only about a 3‑minute scooter ride from the center. The room was well equipped, though a second suitcase might need a small bench. Otherwise, everything was top.

The manager was rude and disrespectful, even claiming we lied to get free nights. My friend and I had 120 € stolen after the cleaning staff left. We left after 3 days instead of a week because we didn’t feel safe. An old Google review from last year described a similar incident, and the hotel had changed its name several times, which is very concerning. Some staff members gave us uncomfortable looks and behaved inappropriately at the pool in swimsuits, especially on the first and second days. Breakfast was terrible: coffee was just water, fruit was tasteless, and pancakes had a chemical taste. The sheets and towels had brown stains. This was undoubtedly the worst hotel experience of my life. I’m sharing this to warn future guests.

The location was very convenient; Ubud Palace is a 10‑minute walk with no awkward encounters. Breakfast was good, the staff were super friendly, and they kept our luggage after check‑out. The taxi services were well organized, the pool was nice and usable, and the room was cleaned on request. The bathroom window can’t open because there are no screens, and the door leaves a slight gap, but overall insect numbers are low. The bed linen cleanliness could be improved.

“Hôtel parfait pour visiter Ubud et ses environs”

We stayed five days and everything went great. The room was spacious with a private terrace overlooking the pool, and there was no noise disturbance. The hotel isn’t in Ubud’s ultra‑center, but it’s easy to walk to shops and restaurants in a few minutes or take a Grab to the center. The staff were very kind, and they would bring your breakfast to your room if you’d like. A very good hotel for a stay in Ubud. The only downside was the humidity, which is typical of Ubud’s inland climate.
