Checking in was a breeze and skipping Singapore airport security saved us a ton of time. However, the airport ran a fire alarm drill at 4 am without warning or isolating the hotel, waking us up for 30 minutes; an announcement over the loudspeaker told us not to evacuate, which didn’t help us get back to sleep, though the staff were very apologetic.

Ideal for a long layover between long‑haul flights: easy to find, quick check‑in, comfy bed with nice linens, good facilities, and a nice window view. We also received dinner and breakfast vouchers with our stay, though the room was pricey, we were happy to pay for the convenience.

The room was very large and very quiet. The check‑in staff was slow and rude, which made us feel uneasy straight away. The curtains were blackout but let light in around the sides so they did not really work. Given the price paid for a 12‑hour booking we were disappointed with our stay.

A great way to break a long layover with an in‑transit hotel. Quiet, clean and comfortable. A meal voucher was also provided. It is a bit on the expensive side.
