Less than 24 hours before arrival, they called to say that due to internal organization they couldn’t accommodate us for the two nights and that we had to cancel the reservation; when I called back they hung up halfway through and never answered any more calls. I had to complain to Booking and, of course, find another place to stay.

The staff were helpful and friendly, but the facilities such as the pool and spa were not good enough.

The rooms are roomy and tidy, with nice décor, and the downstairs restaurant is convenient and pleasant. Just a small note: it would help if the menu said that prices exclude tax and service charges, because seeing those added at the end is a bit annoying, especially since that’s not usual in Vietnam.

The property is well maintained, the family room is very spacious, breakfast is excellent and abundant in variety, the location is great with a spectacular view, and the value for money is superb – one of the best places we’ve stayed at.

Good location and friendly staff, a pretty room and a good breakfast. The view is only partial of the mountain, a wall in front of a window makes the room dark, the room is poorly sound‑proofed and there’s noise from street construction and some very loud guests, and the TV wasn’t working.
