“Convenient Location, But a Nightmare Stay”

I recently stayed at this hotel due to my husband's early morning surgery at UAB ST. Vincent, and while it was conveniently located, our experience was marred by a series of frustrating events. Our reservation wasn't received by the hotel, and after a lengthy 1.5-hour phone call, it got canceled. The check-in process was also a nightmare, taking 30 minutes for the clerk to admit she couldn't check us in due to a hotel system issue, and she was quite rude when confronted about it.

“Ripped Off and Unhappy”

I was thoroughly disappointed with my stay at this hotel, feeling ripped off after paying for a room that I never got. The hotel's environment was also concerning, with a strong smell of drugs lingering around. Overall, it was a very unsatisfactory experience.

When I asked for clean ones, I encountered a series of miscommunications and delays, including a front desk staff member who yelled at me and threatened to keep my deposit.
