The beach proximity was good. There was no TV in the room and other guests were excessively noisy. I was spoken to very rudely when they thought there was a problem with my payment. I didn’t like the green slippers. I was told I could change rooms because of the noise but would have to pay more, which I felt was unfair.

The owner was very kind and friendly, and speaks Japanese perfectly. You can cook simple meals, so shopping at the nearby supermarket is cheaper. It’s in the bustling area of Gapan in Saipan, with a McDonald’s two minutes away! The room has no TV, but a two‑minute walk to the beach lets you enjoy sunrise and sunset. The only downside: a shelf next to the bed would be nice for drinks or a phone.

Walking to the beach, church, market, and a hot coffee at McDonald's takes only minutes, and the service was solid. The place can get a bit noisy, but it never gets loud, so I’ll book again. Thanks!

The spot is great in Saipan’s tourist and commercial area, and a grocery store and laundromat are within walking distance. The room was pleasant, had A/C, a mini fridge, and a coded lock. Towels were changed regularly when requested. The host was present, helped with the kitchen, and offered airport transfers. The shower had no hot water, the kitchen was outdoors and you need to use a mosquito spray, and the host speaks little English.

The accommodation was close to the SEA, and the room was cleaned daily, including towels. The kitchen was well equipped, and the housekeeper was very pleasant and always ready to help. We’ll gladly return. Thank you.
