The double showerheads and heating were excellent, the bed was good except for the elastic sheets that kept the bedding in place, and the room was spacious. I asked room service to replace a broken TV remote three times, but they always returned the same remote, as if I wouldn’t notice; they swapped the breakfast bread for a grilled sandwich, which is a problem for those who don’t eat ham; several lights were burnt out, especially at the room entrance.
