Their airport shuttle service was amazing; my late‑night flight arrived an hour early, they had checked the flight status and were waiting for me, saving me the hour!

The entire staff, especially Caroline and the Japanese lady at the front desk, were great, but the room construction across the hall was a problem.

Direct access to the shopping center was a plus, but I guess I liked everything; one just needs to adjust expectations, and breakfast could improve a little.
