The view was amazing and the Nordic spa tucked into the forest was a highlight, though the room was small but still offered a great view; the bathroom felt a bit outdated for the level of the place.

The staff were friendly and very accommodating, and dinner was fabulous, but the weather was terrible with snow and a lot of rain.

Everything was perfect: the outdoor spa area was superb and a lot of fun to try, the restaurant was excellent, and we wish we could have stayed longer; it’s a brilliant place to stay and I would highly recommend it.

The room was nice but a bit small, with a great view of the St Lorenz River from a small balcony, a comfortable bed, and a free outdoor spa area with sauna and jacuzzi; free parking in front of the building and we were allowed into the room before 3 pm. The TV was hard to use, the controls were overly complicated, Netflix couldn’t be accessed, and it should be known that there is no elevator and the stairs up are steep; breakfast and meals were rather pricey.
